Welcome David, nice to see you post here.

The biggest problem with China is it is clearly in a bubble and it could go a lot higher before it crashes. It's also a pretty small market and can be manipulated easier than US markets.

I like the idea though. Any good idea on what to short in China? Are there any ETF's that short the China market so you could buy them in an IRA?

The operative word is a US recession We're not there yet and it's far from a slam dunk. Would not sell China short prematurely. Martin Zweig once cautioned: Don't fight the Fed.
