This confirms my notion that the SEC is all over these things with a fine tooth comb.

According to the most recent 10-Q, the actual deadline for Good Harbor Partners is the 20th. My schedule was in error. When I update the schedules within the next couple of weeks, I am going to vet the accuracy of the liquidation dates. Because I was posting most of the IPO information prior to the actual close of the offering, I was basing my calculations for the liquidation dates on the IPO date rather than the date of the actual closing. I have been aware of these discrepancies, but never went back and fixed them. I never would have guessed that so many of these transactions would go down to the wire.
