I feel like a lot can be done on the efficiency side ... there's tons of biz opportunities there. I'd like to be a little less dependent on the grid -- just because of the anticipated rise in costs.

Heck, I haven't even bought a generator for emergencies though I am set up for one -- I need to do that for the winter -- given last year's difficulties. Guess I'd better do it soon before the prices go up again.
