"Yet you ignore the fact that your cherished democrat Congress has half the approval rating of the President." That's well earned. They won't impeach the asshole, and don't have the votes to end the idiotic war in Iraq that's kept going just so Bush can claim the next chump "lost" it, and salve his own massive ego. So, it doesn't boost Bush at all. Republicans are a damaged brand thanks to Bush, probably for decades. Watch what happens in '08. If he attacks Iran, the war party won't be able to win dogcatcher.
