The administration has not employed enough creativity in their pursuit of OBL. If the old adage "everyone has a price" is to be believed, why are we offering the paltry sum of $25 million for OBL's head?

Why not $25 billion?

Compared to what we're spending militarily, it's a drop in the bucket.
