OK, I'll give you a percentage since you insist. One hundred percent of the enemy in Iraq are al Quaeda and should be treated as such. Any who don't like that designation are welcome to get with the program and become a free society while they have a chance.

I don't know the percentage of Iraqis with electricity. Do you?

The soldiers there say there are 3 kinds of people in Iraq. Terrorists, children who will grow up to be terrorists and women who will give birth to terrorists.
