Yes, I 100% agree with the last statement. Once any economy reaches a certain level and the set of circumstances are there, it repeats EXACTLY what the US has done.

No country in this world has a monopoly of anything. Africa will reach that level starting 2085 when they will enter their demographic window.

All countries that are developed today have had their time in the sun because they have entered and enjoyed that period that demographic window allows.

No mass migration to create your own demographics means the country will slowly return to its natural size.

Started with Japan, Europe and now started with the US. Because there's a force pulling towards the countries that are entered their demographic window. Even if their governments implement the wrong polices they will succeed.
