Got to talk to Rumsfeld on that. He refused to listen to people who said we needed more. We guarded the oil ministry but not the weapoons depots.....which were raided by the very guys I am lining up on the parade ground for their bonus.... Yeah, it could have been done. Nothing would have been worse than what we did do.
