mas, you're confused. AMD and Intel TDP definitions have been nearly identical for quite some time.

AMD obviously decided that Intel's 50W parts vs. their 68W parts, and 80W vs their 95W made them look bad, even though their figures include IMC power. Instead of pointing this out, they decide to make up Fake-o-Watts.

Dumb, because Intel could adopt the same definition, and list 37 and 60 Fake-o-watt Xeons.
