The Debtor’s Application to Employ Ellen Arvin Kennedy and Fowler Measle & Bell, PLLC as attorneys for the Debtor is hereby SUSTAINED. 2. The Debtor is hereby authorized pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§327 and 328 to retain Fowler Measle & Bell PLLC as attorneys for the Debtor as of the 13th of August, 2007 in this Chapter 11 Case. 3.
