No, mas. They promised faster parts in the many OEM roadmaps they sent out. "2.3 *and* above" on their slides. A "rapid ramp" of frequency in public.

Uh, Sharikou, don't get upset, but by December, Harpertown will have been out for a month, along with the Seaburg and San Clemente platforms. :) Meanwhile, AMD will have made no progress from the samples they benched 3 months early.
