These may be available elsewhere and I suspect they are, but GNC is what Shootie recommended and so I haven't looked around. Get "Multi-Enzyme Formula" as that one has the additional ingredients he recommends. Take as instructed on the bottle. If I'm about to have a rather large meal, I'll take an extra pill. I sure hope they help you as they have me.

The anxiety and the gas I have found are all related to the very high BP. Get your BP down and this will go away.

Also get to a doctor and get him to test for kidney problems. I don't believe your problem is solely digestive at all.

60% of women show no pain with heart attack. Gas and bloating is a common symptom. Go back over the heart attack symptoms I posted and you will see that. Especially when over 60. Chest pain in fact it an uncommon symptom. That is a young person's HA symptom.

Don't chase ghosts. Pay attention to the main kahuna at the door. It is BP, right? So headaches, kidney disease, and 'weird stomach problems' follow it as night the day.

The sooner you get better MD help the better.
