You're a member of the "lucky sperm club" because some people before either of us were born put together some laws together to help make that happen. And now, you want to chuck those laws because you are suffering from "lucky sperm club" guilt.

We have some pretty dumb laws, and frankly, the success we've had as a country has had a lot to do with things other than laws (resources, a general desire for conquest, etc).

The documents that were put together over two hundred years ago were hardly dumb. For their time, they were bold and visionary. It took the American population over 150 years to catch up to the intent of many of those laws. I would not speak so lightly of them.

There are many nations endowed with bountiful resources but are no where near as advanced as the US is. Your inclination 'to blame' American successes on a simple toss of the dice discredits the lives of many fine people who worked hard to make this nation what it is. I am surprised at your thinking.

Check this out -- stopmoskowitz.org

I wonder how many Americans are providing money so that Israelis can develop Palestinian land. If it were the other way around, not only would the guy's casino license be denied but its likely the FBI would have him arrested.
