Focus on the glass as half full, not half empty. Democrats habitually view Iraq through a negative prism rather than acknowledging tangible progress. A pullout would merely delay future inevitable battles with insane jihadists. Denial won't eliminate that reality.

Again, you are incorrect, Kenneth... Britain has been in charge of security in the South since joining the US in the 2003 invasion. It's already transferred security responsibility to Iraqis in 3 of the four southern provinces. Basra would be the last. ynetnews.com Although it is interesting to note that some Iraqis and Muqtada al-Sadr view this as a victory. Apparently you do as well.
