I agree, Ben is snookered and will soon become irrelevant. Other
forces of repricing risk are in play no matter what he does out
of the corner he painted himself in. Yacking and cutting won't
help. The bears will eat everyone including the Fed for lunch soon.

not sure it matters, per se. yen is telling you every man for himself. benny lost his best friend, or should i say, was disinheirted by allan's best friend. abe's government is also a dead man walking which doesn't exactly add to japan's chances to pull out from its troubles.

china now bb's last chance for best friend, though a rather slim chance if at all seems to me. newbies just reacted to the inflation number for a change in shanghai. so, moment of recognition ignition is nearly complete now that the last man standing, is starting to obviate... or should i say, oviate?

now all we gotta do is watch copper and baltic rates, right? <g>
