The statement I quoted perfectly describes Krugman. A very intelligent and skilled economist who, at least in his popular writings, cares more about bashing Bush (to a quite extreme and unrealistic level), then he does about writing clear and not overly biased description of the economy or economic ideas. As we saw tonite, Bush is a train wreck......hence the criticism. During the 90s, the frigging GOPers did the same damn thing with Clinton and he's twice the president Bush is. So deal with it!
