I don't dispute the premise that the countries you talk about have a longer average life span than the US. I'm disputing the argument and rightfully so because it is indeed faulty.

Granting that the premise that the rich advanced countries with a single payer system collectively have a longer average life span than the US, doesn't lead to the conclusion that a single payer system is better, or to the conclusion that the only or main reason they have a longer life span is because they have a single payer system.

Your implying that correlation equals causation and it doesn't.
