I think the Packers D will develop into a top 7 defense this year. They're not just playing tackle football....they're hitting like they mean it AND THATS MY KIND OF D! I suspect the markets will sink, then rates will come down and we'll see the lending business take of like a rocket. The issue is when and I'm not sure its as far off as it seems. We could be seeing some major refi biz next year at this time if the fed moves things down a point.

Always wager on Sir Augustus Gloop, Hi stoctrasher.... it's hi time we see you reemerge around here..... hey before the credit markets close down can I assist you in brokering a few low doc. stated business lines of credit. You know how it is I want to financing the castles sinking into the sand of the incoming ocean.... -vbg- John but seriously it looks like there are gonna be a couple of million people eligble for this FHA refinace program of their upward exploding mortgages and this will be the only avenue where they will not have to qualify beyond an income .. thats what I am exploring currenctly .
