Unfortunately, the Russians are back. The news is that they've had enough of The Bush Aggression around the world and have been conducting exercises near and over their borders. Blackjack Bombers have recently been flying toward US bases overseas, but, so far, they haven't violated US Air Space. The combination of huge oil revenues, a stretched and weakened US Military and Bush visions of a world empire has made them rethink the military option.

The good news is, they are probably just shaking us down for more favorable trade agreements or more foreign aid.

The bad news is, if they start running joint exercises with The Chinese near Iran, the good news is a miscalculation.

But Bush has looked into Putin's eyes and his foot has touched the Russian's calf under the stall.
