I do not believe that Soros is driven by a need to make money. It's far worse - he is trying to leave a legacy, to improve the world. He does it internationally, not only in the US -- "velvet revolution" in Georgia, the "orange revolution" in Kiev... The man is a good businessman, and is able to leverage his investments (and his misjudgments) very efficiently.

Good thing that Gates and Buffett are not revolutionaries.....

You have to wonder why people aren't skeptical/fearful/worried about or otherwise questioning of Soros' motives...The blind acceptance of that man by the extreme lefties shows precisely how a Norman Hsu inveigled himself into the bosom of the Dems and their operatives.

I wouldn't trust Soros as far as I could throw him even if I shared his politics. A guy like that throws his money to where he believes it will buy him power. But he lacks the ethics and moral compass to have too much power, imo.
