Amazing. This company is about to go dark and it still has a market cap of a couple million dollars just in common shares. With 3 mil face value of preferred hanging over them, no less, and maybe a million bucks of tangible net assets.

Most active trading in ages. Clearly someone knows something you paid bashers don't. Maybe a new disruptive technology. Yeah, that's it. They're "taking it private" because of all the potential. ;-)
