sad to say although edv.to is undervalued I believe it will remain so for remainder of the year. there are no lots of people who will be selling it for tax reasons as well as management who are looking to cash out. no doubt they will try to revise the management agreement as they will collect very little in the next 12 month period as things stand. this is a classic case where i should have reduced my position by even more than i did when the acquisition, which i knew to be a bad deal for shareholders was approved.
