No. Its unlikely to do so.

Soooo universal health care is "likely" the reason other countries have a longer life expectancy?

No again unlikely.

Of course then there are your "negative side effects" which are totally unique to the US.

No other countries have most of them as well. The one exception is they get to have drugs developed off the profits in the US market, and they still get to use them, so that's one major negative side effect that they avoid that we probably could not, but only one.
