If there is not a New Yorker on the ticket, would Hilary walk away with the New York electoral votes? Or would Newt and Romney be able to carry New York?

One does not campaign with your incoming cabinet, however if Guiliani is not on the ticket he needs to be named and to campaign with the team as part of the incoming cabinet.
