Lizzie Tudor says Silicon Valley real estate is still hot... You are probably seeing the beginnings of a slow steady downturn in that area that will last a very long time and probably bottom out last regardless of how well Google or Cisco does.. People aren't stupid and will refuse to be in debt slavery even there. Why throw away your $250k household income on a $1M shack that can be rented instead for $2500/month and will only slowly be going down in value for many years to come..
