Jp....re upward exploding mtg's...yes, it was just a matter of time. My PREVIOUS employer (hint!), had some issues with this. In a matter of weeks, long before it hit the headlines of CNN they had 3 major Mtg investors go belly up. Some guys in the alt-b lending group played video games all day and talked about starting up a sandwich shop since their biz went to ZERO, LOL!! I'll have to see how they are making out these days. So much for their new Lexis's and Audi's they were buying..ggggg! I see the signs of opportunity when all the kicking and screaming is done in the RE market, just might take a while ... Gotta love that Oil and Euro too....I'm still looking for that magic $100/brl mark as I just checked my mpg...27.1 the last 900 miles :-), not bad for the way I drive!!!
