bush should put Olsen in for the position if he is willing..

Best thing to do is put him up, let the Dems turn him down, then appoint him "interm." That will last until Bushes term is up.

Then use it in the coming election.

Plus he is currently Solicitor General. However, the Dems are going to say he is a Partisan. jdn

Then wait for the Christmas break and do a recess appointment.
