Another e-mail

Cigars appreciate about 7-10% per year on average and are a play on lifting of embargo at some distant point in time.

Of course restricted locations for usage reduces currency a little. But the market is very liquid for the right names.

Good ones double in 5 yrs, some can be 5 baggers in 10 yrs if exceptional. Insurance cost and storage within reason is covered as long as you buy with main distributor.

The Cohiba Torpedo 2001 (sold 2002) . Was $500 in 2002 now getting to $1200/box...

Others will suggest wines.

I am still keeping my Vatican stamps from the 1960s too.

And thanks to jay I now have some Pandas too.

TJ,
On a bit different topic, who do you suppose the Chinese, and when I say that I mean the big guys up in Beijing who run China, would like to see win the 2008 USA elections?

The reason I ask is that this is a fairly hot topic in here in the US now and will probably continue to be through the election and beyond.
