China and Russia don't seem to have an issue this.

Note that Libya is no longer on the list.

Considering that Brazil has some of the best gas centrifuge technology in the world right now, you would think he would have a clue.

Brazil needs the bomb and I hope you build one, or a bunch of them. You need them as this is a dangerous world. You may want to fight a war with Argentina again one day or maybe Paraguay.

Of course, your taxes are likely to go up a bunch to pay for your own home grown deterrent force. But it beats my country playing "world policeman" which suits nobody.

You need submarines and a real blue water navy too. Better get busy.
