Thanks for that! 2.Transparency -Disclose the Volume of Fails. The SEC should amend Regulation SHO so that the aggregate volume of fails to deliver is reported daily for each threshold security -including fails to deliver that occur within the DTCC and outside the DTCC in "ex-clearing" transactions. A must do. We don't need any stinking "IMO". We need SEC to stop playing pansy to prime banks is what we need.
