Wataire International Announces New Hawaiian Distributor
Monday September 17, 8:00 am ET

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wataire International Inc. ("Wataire" or the "Company") (OTCBB:WTAR - News) is pleased to announce the engagement of John Norcross Construction LLC ("JNC") as a distributor of the Company's water generating products in the State of Hawaii. The Company received the initial deposit from JNC for the purchase of a container of Wataire's model 4010 home/office atmospheric water generators.

One of the primary applications of interest to JNC is the implementation of the technology for use in developing Real Estate property in Hawaii. There are thousands of potential building sites that presently cannot be developed due to the lack of a reliable water source. While there are electrical services and septic fields available in many places, no subdivision can be approved without water. All of the main islands in the State of Hawaii have large amounts of ground water contained in volcanic-rock aquifers. However, the quality of the ground water may not be suitable for all uses. In particular, not all ground water is potable. Some of the ground water is contaminated by chemicals associated with human activities and some contain high concentrations of salt.

"With drilled water wells being very expensive and often ending up with marginal quality and supply, the Wataire atmospheric water generators offer JNC a practical solution to opening up acreage development," says John Norcross. "I feel this product could open the flood gates for land development for us and others in similar climates around the world which have a limited water supply."

Wataire International Inc. CEO Robert Rosner stated, "The application of our technology for the development of properties is a very exciting venture; we look forward with anticipation to the results of JNC's venture."
