OT

The American public has no deep-seeded objections

if i see 'deep-seeded' (a word that does not exist, at least according the online dictionaries i use) instead of 'deep-seated' i think i'm gonna scream....we have this thing called spell-check, why don't the writers use it...

oh wait, i know...

it's the HYPHEN....throws them off every time!

dictionary.reference.com

i wish i could say *for the LAST time* it is DEEP-SEATED.....

not 'deep-seeded'

but something tells me i will see the wrong usage and spelling over and over and over again until it actually becomes part of the lexicon

Not to tell a war story...but this email I just received is amazing in timing.

I am leaving now to spend the weekend at a first class hunting/fishing camp in N Florida with three members of my team at Ben Het. We were all there during the tank attack. And we were all wounded that night.

The camp owners heard about us from the military channel and invited us - all expenses paid.

I just took one last look at my email and coincidently found the message below.

The nam vets here ought to have a look.
See ya,
