epm.to - On a TA basis, I wouldn't touch it until it tests it's low on 8/16/07 as it went up 40% on low volume from that low only to give it back up on increasing volume back on the way down. A lot of volume today with not much movement... A lot will be figured out with this one over the next few weeks.

Well appears Charlemagne has been a recent buyer...

The Company received notification today that as of 11 September 2007, investment funds under the management of Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited now hold in aggregate 36,487,775 common shares of no par value. This holding represents approximately 13.02% of the voting rights of the Company.

Charlemagne Capital reported holding 35,618,275 on 5/24/07. Thus, a net increase of 800K shares.
