It's one of the few wise votes Hillary has cast as a US senator. Notice how she tries to deflect what she wrongly considers blame for her vote. Evil GW made her do it.

Any one who votes for her would deserve the consequences if she ever became President. Latter is highly doubtful...voters can't warm up to her frosty personality.
