Our five directors (as well as a sixth individual) have agreed to purchase an aggregate of 3,076,923 warrants at a price of $0.65 per warrant ($2,000,000 in the aggregate) in a private placement that will occur immediately prior to this offering.

Is that all the dollars the management are putting in themselves? That doesn't seem a lot.
