It's sounding like Bush is going to spill the beans tonight about maybe some sort of permament agreement with Iraq... in a sense adopting them (think Guam, Puerto Rico). For those paying attention to the bases being built and the world's largest embassy, this isn't a surprise, but it may be to the American people. You were right.

'Traditional' Republicans should hate this... let's see how the current crop reacts. Well if they do, they are not voicing it publicly. I guess they need money from the RNC when they run again. Maybe that's why Nagel quit.
