Am just surprised that CKG thought those properties were pretty good when the drills failed now on both Julianna and Cucaracha. One other JV out there I think with Pinnacle.

I guess this is why Randy needed to do the deal. Easier to merge w. a co that has some gold than to go out and find it. Even if it is high cost.

A very astute SI poster nailed it last year when he stated Randy struck out in Mexico w/ his properties and needed to find gold quickly. Thus the merger.

Maybe he did the right thing? Time will tell.
