TJ,
Well, that may not be a fair question. Bush 43/41 and Clinton/Algore have sold out their country to advance the cause of various foreign interests they serve.

I don't suppose that CB has done that.

French company joins US company and goes From Bad to Worse at Alcatel-Lucent
Citing weakness in its wireless network business, the French company issues its third profit warning of the year

businessweek.com

While Alcatel could sell left and right, with an US company on the side, it cannot sell as freely as before. You know the CEO has to go and tell that this equipment should no go to Darfur, the buyer has to sign that it won't re-export and other kind of crap.

Thus Nokia-Siemens and Ericsson run away with Alcatel-Lucent's lunch.

ow imagine USD down. Foreign companies come to the US to buy US companies, just to discover, US compnaies are tools of US foreign policy. No good!
