Clearly so.

The two Korean missionaries who were executed are martyrs in the traditional sense of the word.

It's too bad that "martyr" has now come to describe those who strap bombs to themselves or fly planes into skyscrapers in order to kill as many civilians as possible.

The hostages had been released when I made that post. The hostages were arrogant airheads who went against their gov't's advice and its alleged they cost the gov't/Korean taxpayers considerable money. Why would I think favorably about them? Do you? And WTF does it have to do with my thoughts on the Taliban? Do you think you idiots can go around swiftboating everyone? You all are the worst Americans I have ever met.
