Re: "You have NOT answered the question!!! I'll ask one last time, where's the evidence?"

Oh come on now, let's be fair!

I stated my OPINION about one (of many) blowhard TV talking heads.

Isn't everyone entitled to their own *opinions*?

Mine was based upon several YEARS of listening to the joker, (so, I certainly *have* been exposed to his antics, my opinion is not a 'drive-by' based on just one show or something.) Still, I never implied that everyone had to agree with my opinion.

Then, you came back and told me to 'prove' that my opinion is justified.

I said, sure, no problem, I'm perfectly willing to do that and try to justify my opinion.

(But, not having a day or so free to tediously go through dozens of the guy's transcripts... I offered what I thought was eminently fair. Since YOU were the one disagreeing with my OPINION, I said fine: pick any transcript or link to a particular video show of the guy, and I'd be HAPPY to take whatever time is necessary to review it and point out any EXAMPLES where I thought he was cutting off the answers of his guests, or talking over them, or asking long-winded or nonsensical questions and not giving his guests as long a time to answer as he allowed himself.)

Thought that sounded perfectly fair. If you were really interested in why I hold such opinions about the guy, I would GIVE *YOU* the choice of transcripts to select.

(Kinda like, in a duel, giving the other guy the first shot, the advantage! You would get to select the ground you wanted to fight on....)

Now that sounds perfectly fair and reasonable, (even generous) to me, if you REALLY want to have an open discussion about this TV host. ('Cause, I have a funny feeling that if I selected a broadcast date or particular transcript on my own, you would just come back and claim that it 'wasn't representative' or something, and all my time would be for naught... and I CERTAINLY don't have the time to watch six months of the guy's shows and then prepare a statistical analysis for you! :-)

Of course, after all, all we are really debating is my personal OPINION of how the guy conducts his show....

And, I'm still happy to point out any examples of his behavior, if I can find 'em, (within any transcript you care to use) that might help to explain why I hold those opinions, GZ.

What's not fair about that?
