I like what you call the "German Model". And NO, this should NOT require a bunch of low wage workers from the third world.

The answer is AUTOMATION, and with continued advances in automation there is no practical limit on productivity.

What happens when a place is flooded with low wage workers is that the pace of modernization and application of automation suffers.

But the globalist banksters want "free trade" so that lots of unaccountable money is made available for corrupt purposes while floating around in the ether of "off-shore" so distortions are created in tax and trade policy to make the inefficient system of "lowest cost producer nation" work.
