Not so. The globalist model requires the vast mobs of low paid workers in the third world "lowest cost producer" factories to "keep the natives busy" so that they are occupied and don't embrace revolution and otherwise cause problems for their local masters and for the globalists.

This is about global social engineering and nothing else.

And the globalist model also requires a narrowly focused media creating a phony "consumer society" popular culture in the developed countries to create in the people there a very perverted and unnatural materialist drive that produces the demand for the junk from the third world producers.

The whole materialist syndrome is related to sociology, not economics.

With regime change here all this could change in an instant.
