Becker would not say why the company was confident Social Security numbers had not been taken even though they were kept in the same database as customer contact information, trading data and demographic information.

Perhaps because the hacker(s) were smart enough to break into TDA's system, but too stupid to take the most valuable information? Nothing to see here, obviously.

Can anybody tell me if SI was ever primarily a bulls BB?? 98'?99'?

Seriously is there one (equity) bull on SI now?

How 'bout the US dollar? ask any common man, ask any educated man/woman what they think, and look around SI, does anyone seriously think that the US dollar will remain at these levels??

everybody has the same playbook...so we should ALL get rich with our superior knowledge of this shit market, trashed dollar, gold/commodities are going the moon, sub prime/credit bubble analysis. right?

not saying it won't happen, in fact i hope if it does, it goes soon and really hard. just seems like it's crowded analysis and the crash is always JUST around the corner.
