Wow!!! Great smoking gun description of how Turek used PLNI as his own private money making machine at the expense of the shareholders. It's hard to imagine what Truek might be able to do to avoid a lengthy prison term here.

If I were Turek, I'd be calling all my loyal shareholders over on iHub asking for a contribution to my legal defense fund. Talk is cheap! After all, he fooled them once, twice, three times... fifty times... what's once more?
