Thanks for posting that. I thought that issue of "The Quick and the Dead," was awful. I remember Crowe's character a little, but the theme as a whole was silly, despite Gene Hackman. The Sharon Stone character was not credible, despite her body. imdb.com

He was famous back in the 60s when fast draw was a popular fad. I once saw a fast draw contest in a parking lot. They popped balloons with the fragments of black powder emanating from the muzzle, and were timed. It looked silly to me, a true appreciator of responsible firearms handling.
