Only a few people can do real thinking. Others, think they can think, but don't. I witnessed Germans promoting -to thinking positions- by demography. They din't have enough human materials and were promoting whomever was there. But obvioulsy the guys could not think. They were normal workers. I made a lot of money recieving bonuses backing up the weak guys in charge :-) In a South African company is the same. Lots of whites letft and thye have to promote whoever white was left behind. Thus they have people with less thinking capcity doing jobs in positions beyond their capabilities.
