I think the answer is all of the above.

I make dough in my bread machine. I make dough with my KitchenAid. I buy frozen dough. I freeze my own dough. And I have a Rocco's Pizza place I can buy fresh dough from.

But I like to make sourdough rather than plain dough. So I usually make it myself.

When I am making pizza from fresh dough, I usually cook the dough a bit before adding the sauce and toppings - otherwise it ends up being a soggy mess.
