True, but both incidents (and many others, too) are similar in that they demonstrate the arrogance of power demonstrated by law enforcement. The kind of thinking that they can do whatever they please, regardless of the consequences to the population they are supposedly there to protect.

The difference is semantics. You think the top level dealers have no knowledge that they are creating violence at the street level?
