Laz, If you notice, that article played down the drug problem in that neighborhood. Rather, it singled out a radical organization, housed in a reputedly armored and heavily armed bunker. My very clear recollection of the event is that the primary reason for bombing the ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD was the rampant and widespread drug dealing and concomitant criminal activity which took place there. I did not dig deeply enough into Google to find cites for that motivation. This also assumes that such cites will be available. Google has proved itself to be highly selective in what sites it will lead one to. - Holly
