if the purpose of SPP is to make north america - US Canada Mex - all one big conglomerate, then the Mexicans are already here...I think these two things ARE mutually exclusive...you can't have border control AND welcome them.

The SSP is the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America. Their goal is to merge the North American continent into a single superpower. It's unstoppable and it’s why Mexican migration is being completely ignored.
